An SMS app

I have been looking for an app like what I had on my android phone, the one on it connected through bluetooth and would allow me to send sms messages from my computer through my phone, and also recieve them. I now have an iPhone 4S and I greatly miss being able to do this. I was wondering if there was a similar app. I bought one called SMS client and allows me to top them on the computer but I still have to physically use my phone to send the message and it does not display recieved messages. Is there away I can send messages through my phone on my computer. I have heard there is a web based way to do this but I have been unable to find this as well. Thanks in advance for your help.
