    Hi everyone.

I'm looking for an iphone app, paid or free that gives walking directions.

Basically, I'm severly dyspraxic and get lost very easily, even in familiar places.

I'm looking for something similar to the Trekker Breeze (sorry I can't post a link to it), but as an iphone app. I don't know what to search for but GPS just gives me apps for driving directions which isn't good for me.

    Thank you very much.

I know it's overkill, but TomTom has a feature that offers walking directions. I used the feature last year when I was visiting my daughter and wanted to walk to a local Starbucks.

I think the mapquest free app has walking directions. The stock maps app will also give walking directions, they are just not spoken.

It's Uk based but has a growing database of walks all with detailed instructions, photos, and a map that you can follow on your iPhone.

    Take a look at

iFootpath - walking guides and directions for the UK

You can also track walks and upload them and edit them on the website.
