I'm looking for an App that the Andiroid phones have, that used to be free..Its called "Voice Machine"

I've been looking for something in the App store and i can't find anything, At the very list, i'm looking for something that WILL Record your voice, Speed it up, slow it down, AND SAVE. Must be free!

Even if it has to be created i'm sure its something really simple.
