App for editing screenshots

As part of my job I find myself taking a lot of screenshots, and then needing to crop/rotate and add boxes, arrows, text, etc. before emailing to coworkers and customers. On my PC I use SnagIt for both capturing and editing, does anyone know of something similar for editing on my iPad? It seems like most of the apps are for photo/color effects, but that's not really what I'm looking for.

I use an app called "Fotolr PS". I do all of my edits from this app.

I may use that... not for screenshots, but pictures in general.

Irish Rose, thanks for the suggestion, but I need to be able to do more than just add text, I also need to draw shapes (mainly rectangles) and arrows as well.
