App For That: Web Design

Amin has sent us an email looking for an app to help he design a website.

I've been searching for a basic, user friendly, app to help me design a website then upload it.
Do you have any ideas? I have searched the AppStore but have been unsuccessful.
Owning both an iPhone and an iPad this app should preferably work on both but if not then at least it should work on the iPad.

Any suggestions for Amin? Thanks all!

web design it's to complicate to do in simple app. You should use graphic software for dealing with photos etc.

Why on Earth would anyone do this on an iPhone? (EDIT: or iPad... slightly more feasible but barely) lol!

If they want to build a website quickly, I recommend things like Wordpress, Weebly, Tumblr, etc. I don't think anyone would consider building a website on an iPhone :S
