As per the title, ClipSend is an awesome app for sending clipboard contents between devices. So you can have some text (Document, URL link, whatever) in your clipboard and now send that between iOS devices FOR FREE. Universal App.

How to connect to other devices? Via bluetooth?

Yes. When you hit connect, the standard bluetooth device picker pops up. This is to ensure that every device has this functionality, instead of some proprietary system.
