free IM apps

Hey guys,

I just got my iphone4 and I'm sorry if this has been asked a million times here. Searching just didnt get me the intended results.

I was wondering what is a good FREE IM app that can integrate yahoo IM, Google talk and AIM into one app. I have tried 'fring' but I'm not a big fan of it. I cant even figure out how to set my status as "away" on that thing. Either way I'm not a big fan of the fring interface anyways.

I have separate apps for yahoo, AIM etc but I dont want to have separate apps.

The iAds turned me off of Meebo, although I liked the app itself. Used IMO for a while but didn't feel like it had me online all the time, which is the point of using IM on your phone right? I missed IM's all the time with IMO.

BeeJive paid app is the best IMO.

I used to use Meebo, but the iAds were driving me crazy. I decided to invest and got IM+ (especially since it has skype chat support) and it ROCKS.

Or try IMO. IMO can link accounts together!!!

I can't speak for free ones but I enjoy the paid version of Trillian.

You can try Nimbuzz for iphone its really useful, It will pull all your contacts from yahoo, gtalk, AIM to one place and manage it properly.
