Hulu- video output issues?

Since PSN is still down (surprise surprise!), I am unable to watch Hulu or Netflix through my PS3. I do have the hdmi adapter, so I just connected my ipad 2 to the Tv & that worked for awhile. Netflix still works but now Hulu gives me an error saying they dont support video out for this device. Real weird and out of the blue. I can still hear the sound though.

Is this everyone? Maybe my hdmi cable is going bad?
