    Is there an app that I can just type in what I eat each day for lunch, breakfast, dinner, snacks etc... I don't want some big fancy app that will tell me what I should eat, or how many calories I have eaten or anything like that.
    Basically like a food journal?
    I know I have my notepad but that would just be all over the place and I use it quite frequently for other things.

    If you go to the App Store categories, you'll probably be overwhelmed with what you find in the
    "Health and Fitness" category. I personally can't recommend one since I don't use one. I hardly eat

    I like LoseIt for tracking what I eat, approx # of calories consumed and weight charts...but if that's too much for you *shrug*

    There is a pretty cool app called "Lose It!". Free too! I've been using it for weeks.

    MyFitnessPal is a good one also with member submitted food items from restaurants.

    I currently use Sparkpeople...syncs with iPad, iPhone and online website..plenty of other useful tools too.

    We just put our app, Health Nut, on sale today and tomorrow for free. It is the easiest app for keeping track of what you eat and how much you exercise. Check it out.
