IM apps and battery life

Im looking for a good IM app that doesnt affect battery life too badly. Ive been using IM+, and I see a battery hit since installing, but doesnt seem too bad. Any others do better? Specifically need to have gtalk, facebook, and aim. Whats your favorite?

IM+ (or IM+ Pro) is definitely indispensable app for it's rich functionality on iPhone and (!) especially iPad. As far as I'm using it, I'd say it's pretty fair on battery for my opinion.
Another good app for Facebook is Facebook Messenger with free voip calls.
But if u r really looking for all in 1 solution, again, IM+ is the most favourable.

Beejive IM is also pretty good with battery life. I'm usually signed in all the time when my phone is right and it does drain the battery life but not by much.
