Tag photos in camera roll?

Are there any apps that will do tagging of photos in the camera roll? I want to be able to do some tagging of people before transferring them to my pc.

That's not going to help me with my originals.

I wonder if it's a restriction to the camera roll exif in the API that has prevented someone from creating an app like this. Wish I had a Mac, I'd give it a shot.
