Is there a sports app that will send you player notifications?

To tell the truth I haven't even looked for one. I am playing my first season of fantasy football and I want an app that will tell me in real time what my players are doing. Is there an app for that?

SportsTap is one I have, got it for free, not sure if it still is or not, but you can indicate which teams to get notices on, etc. Nice little app.
