Can anyone recommend a good Picasa upload and management app?

On my iPhone I just use PicassaFoto for $.99. It seems to cover everything and is quite intuitive.

If I have a Picassa Web albums account, do I need the "app" to work with it on my phone? Brand new to the iPhone....bear with me
