I?ve not been able to find this on the interwebs, but it is possible to sell used apps?

I have buyer?s remorse about Magellan RoadMate for iPhone. Still no update for iOS4 and it doesn?t look like there will be one any time soon.

I was hoping there might be a jailbreak method, using the app file backup. Not condoning certain behavior, but I assume the app thieves out there must be doing a similar thing. Just sayin.

The app thieves just steal the code, they don't need to purchase your used app.

That being said, the only way to sell a used app is if you give the buyer your iTunes account password...not a great idea.

One of those situations where I wish I?d taken the time and gone all ?consumer reports? with it, taken my time, read more reviews, etc. It looks to me that the Tom Tom app is more actively supported and better integrated with the iPhone OS.

Good points, Alli. Oh well.

I guess it?s more of a complaint with Apple?s return policy. Some of these apps are expensive, with no real way to test drive, per se.
