    Is there a better way to use the flash light then to turn it on in camcorder mode? I wish my old flashlight app would turn on the led.

    These guys already made one! lightomaticapp(dot)com Not just a flashlight, it can actually translate your flashes into Morse Code messages. Bonus DJ Strobe light anyone? I wonder if they developed a custom API or a used public less hacky method. Looks great!
