Enter credit cards through the Iphone

We are building an application for a non-profit where we want to be able to hand our iphone to somebody, they punch in their credit card info and make a donation to our non profit.

I heard that the App Store might reject apps that process credit card info. Has anybody heard of that?

If you search iTunes for credit cards, there's several apps that act as terminals.

they have an API you can use to make it super easy to add to your app. you just have you buy their app and have an appropriate merchant account
