    my name is Sebastian Schenk,
I'm a developer at dev.LUX in Berlin, Germany.

We developed a new notes application for the iPhone that
has the usual functionality of a notes app (save automatically,
send notes via email or post to twitter) but comes with one
    very special feature: autocomplete.
When you're typing Speednote checks its word-database and makes
suggestions on how to complete that word. *This enables the user to
write faster, with less typos and be more productive in the end.

You can find the description, screenshots and a video at

Speednote is available in the AppStore here:
    iTunes Store

    Best Regards,
    Sebastian Schenk

Nice! But, let me confirm this; since you can't use this feature in email, per se', one would type said email in a Note, and then copy and paste to an email to send it?

Unfortunately it's not possible to provide this feature to the iPhone UI in general.
You would have to write your mail in Speednote and
    a) Send it directly from Speednote (which is no problem, it opens the standard mail screen with the text filled in and you can add recipients etc. like you're used to)
    b) copy and paste the text

Obviously a) is more simple and convenient and lets you continue to write texts without switching apps.

Ah, I see, thanks for sharing that, it makes it all clearer.

Last question, can one create their OWN 'autocomplete' words?

    Sorry for the late answer

No, right now you cannot expand the word Database,
but thats definetely something we plan for the next releases.
