We have an iPhone note sync app called Notespark that has hovered around the bottom of the top 100 productivity apps for a while. Its main claim to fame is that it allows you to sync over the cloud to a web version of the Notespark app. It also lets you do other things like simultaneously edit notes with other users, merge and combine changes seamlessly, etc.
The new version now uses secure https connections for all communication between the iPhone and the server. It also adds push notifications, so you know immediately if someone changes a shared note.
Anyway, we like the app a lot. People who have tried it seem to love it. Give it a try.
