I have been playing it for a good hour and its quite enjoyable! 8 bucks though...Not so sure about that. 5.99 is what I think it SHOULD cost.

yea I agree with XM_JDM. $8 is a bit too steep.

I think it only seems like a lot because of the average low or free price in the store - how much would you pay for a game on the PSP or Nintendo DS? Totally worth it in my opinion.

I like to compare things to other things not related to apps. If you go to the movies now and you aren't a student or 85, you pay about $10 on average. So if you think about it $8 for a decent game that will give you 2+ hours of fun isn't bad.

Update! I beat the game, or got as far as the game allows in 40 minutes! Holy geez! For 8 bucks I would think you would get longer game play. I was met with a message telling me to stay tuned for the remaining chapters. Replaying the levels is fun but I want to finish the story!

And as I mentioned yesterday, I was playing it for a good hour but wasn't trying to beat the game. Today, from start to finish was 40 min.

Right now there are only half the levels that will be available. I ended up getting the game since I had a 3.5 hour car ride to the beach this weekend. It's pretty fun and has nice graphics. It's pretty easy but there are a few challenging moments or when you need some strategy. I normally agree with Ign but I think they rated a little too low.

Waaay too pricey!

I heard it was really short and from videos the game looked sooo repetitive. :/

But then again, its Metal Gear... and I Jail Broke my phone just so I could have Codex sounds play all over... so Im kind of conflicted here! :S
