You can TRY. no guarantees. Navigon will NOT return my emails nor try to help me resolve my problem. How else would you describe it?

Stealing is the word that comes to my mind.

Have you tried removing it and reinstalling? 99% of the time that works.

As far as getting a refund, you need to contact iTunes. Apple left no way for a developer to issue a refund, so if that's what you really want, contacting Navigon is pointless.

As far as getting a refund, you need to contact iTunes. Apple left no way for a developer to issue a refund, so if that's what you really want, contacting Navigon is pointless.

I contacted them for tech support. No response in over a month. Didn't expect a refund necessarily, but they should be willing to try and help a paying customer. That is NOT too much to ask of any software vendor.

Which is why I'm here alerting all of you to their lack of support and their product. Buyer beware.
