Decline a call with SMS

I am looking for an application that will enable to decline a call but send SMS reply to the calling number.

I would appreciate if one exists if you point me to it.

None that I am aware of in the app store. Especially no jailbroken apps with firmware 2.0 - 2.0.2. Would be a nice feature to have though.
