Why does the new “type mode” in instagram is not appearing on my iphone. Everything is up to date.

I have an iPhone 8, with the latest update lf iOS, also I have the latest update of Instagram.
And to answer @SwitchBeach, yes, when I open the camera I dont see Type it is only showing Normal” I have attached a screenshot of it.

What iPhone do you have?
What version of Instagram do you have?

Are you saying that when you open the camera in the Instagram app that "TYPE" does not show up along the bottom?

Yes, exactly I do not have the option “TYPE” avail, but I only see “Normal” I have attached a screenshot of it.
And I have the latest version for Instagram that was released on April, 2nd, 2018

Okay. Check to ensure that you actually have version 40.0 installed. Scroll to Instagram.

Yes, I have thar version already. Everything is up to date and still do not get the options

At this point, you probably need to contact Instagram support. From everything thing I have found, if you aren't seeing it at this point, it's an account level issue.
