Barely any notifications - iOS Mail app

Hello there!

I'm using an IMAP mail account from my own domain. I don't receive any notifications on my lock-screen. I'll get the occasional red badge. Most of the times though I don't even get that. I have to open Mail manually in order to download new e-mails.

Under Accounts & Passwords there's no Push option for my e-mail account, only Fetch. Everywhere else where it says Push - I've turned it on. Everything's green, Notifications are all green @ Mail, etc.

Outlook and Spark work flawlessly, no tweaks needed. I've restored/restarted/reset, deleted my mail account, added it again. Nothing.

Any and all suggestions are appreciated! iPhone 8, iOS 11.2.1.

Hey there,

Try going to Settings - Notifications - Mail - Accounts - Alerts - Show on Lock Screen (ON).

Hopefully, that’ll fix the problem
