No, the iPhone 7 did not have LTE-Advanced. It is a set of new standards that provide faster LTE speeds. I believe, at this point, the Samsung S8 (and I believe Note) is the only other phone to implement the new standard.

I saw during the event the iPhone 8 and X will gave lte advanced ? I thought the iPhone 7 already have lte advanced ?

Well, to be considered true 4G aka “IMT-Advanced”, the iPhone must have a peak data rate of at least 100 megabits per second when moving at a high speed like in a car or train, and 1 gigabit per second when the iPhone is in a fixed position. So since the iPhone 7 can only have 450mbps download speed, its not true LTE-A but definitely really fast. :) Some websites do say that it has LTE-A but its probably just a faster version of LTE :)
