I will be ordering iPhone 8 plus, similar features as iPhone X with touch ID. Face ID might be a fail just like Samsung's Iris scanner. Slow and impractical (e.g. Driving)

I am looking at the 8 64gb and don't have a color preference. It looks like the gold looks pink in photos. I will be trading in an SE that was a replacement for a 6S that is in the bottom of a lake. I really need an upgrade.

I'm going with the 8 Plus, 64GB in the gold. I'm trading in the 6s, 64GB silver and I can't wait. I love the look of the X but that is just too steep in price for me.

Will be putting in my pre-order for a 256GB Iphone 8 Plus. Not 100% decided on the color yet. Most likely Space Gray. I already have a silver 7 Plus. I must say that this year's Gold color looks intriguing...MUCH better (IMHO) than the Gold color used for the 6 and 7 Series. The champagne Gold they used for the 5S was very nice, although it took me a long time to warm it to it before I bought one in that color.

Just to confirm, the Gold 8 Plus is actually Gold and not some shade of Rose Gold???

Will also be pre-ordering a X next month when that goes live.

I'm in for the 8 Plus in gold.
The X didn't have expanded storage, not keen on space gray or silver, and that notch is not making me happy.
So.....I'll go with the 8 Plus 256GB in gold.

Space gray 64gb for my son - his first phone! We told him we'd get him an SE, but he decided to use all the money he'd been saving for a new iPod to get an 8 instead!
