I liked the features of the iPhone X and as far as the price, even at $999.00 US, it will still still like hotcakes. I will be first in line to get one.

$999 for 64GB, for a phone with HD Cameras / Video will 64GB really be enough or $1150 (rounded) for the 256GB. That really changes the price.

Good point, I don't use my device to store photos and most of mine are stored on iCloud. I don't shoot videos with my phone, but for folks who do and have to have the extra memory, the price for a 256 gig iPhone X model might be a game changer.

The screen on the X is too narrow and skinny. It crops photos and videos in the full screen mode. I prefer the wider screen of the 8 Plus.

It will not crop it as in leave details out. It will adjust the photo to the screen, like your television does with movies, adding black slabs on top and bottom or left and right of the picture.

No, it crops photos and videos in the full screen edge to edge. You can double tap the screen to view the full images, but they won't be edge to edge.

Thanks for the info. I guess I’ll see for myself when I get the successor of the iPhone X. I’m skipping the new iPhones this year.

Me too. I just upgraded the ladies this year with 2 iPhone 7's. And my son with an {cough} s8+ {cough}. My Verizon bill can't take any more.
