I doubt seriously it will be more than $1,000. I believe this anniversary model will be Apple's Flagship phone going forward, replacing the 4.7" model. And, it will have a big sister with the same new bells and whistles. My prediction anyways.

I hope you're right. It is silly having all these models out. They really need to do away with the 4.7 size, especially with its poor battery performance.

Well that's a given. But since the size of the phone will be fairly small ( nowhere near plus size) I wonder if the battery capacity will be limited

Supposedly they’re doing an L shaped battery to be able to fit the same amount or a little more in the smaller chassis.

We'll see soon enough. The 5.8" is rumored to be the entire glass screen, edge to edge. The 5.15" is said to be the usable functioning screen. What we view. LOL. Depends on which rumors you read.
