phone stuck on apple logo

My iphone is stuck in the apple logo after removing the home button. i dropped it in the water about a month ago but it had been working perfectly fine and there is no water damage to the phone. i tried everything from itunes backup but itunes dont recognize my phone also tried the sleep wake. took it to apple but they wouldnt service my phone because of third party tampering can anyone help me

Take it to a 3rd party shop to have it diagnosed
