iPhone 8 Plus PRODUCT (Red) is now a thing!

I’ve been contemplating getting the 8 plus in red. I loved my red 7 plus.
I currently have an X but I miss Touch ID. My Face ID has days where it will not work unless I shut the phone down. I don’t know what I will do.

Yes and it works for a little then starts acting up again.

That’s odd! I would get it checked by Apple, just to make sure the issue isn’t hardware related.

I'm contemplating the same thing. Have the X which I love, have no reason to get an 8 plus but because it's red I want one! Pricey purchase for a color, but hey then I'd have two iPhones to switch between when I get bored

True but a iPhone is the same wether it has a red backing or a silver, gold or whatever. A vehicle can not be changed to a different model by painting this is true. But a iPhone 8 plus is still rhe same no matter what.

Like changing the colour of a Samsung will not change the phone to an iPhone.

Red is my favorite color. I had the rose gold 7+ traded for the gold 8+. Love the glass back. Now I have seen the red 8+ and wish I could have it. But I would have to pay a lot on my current phone to make the trade. The red with black bezel is stunning. I want it but realistically I need to wait. I can afford to pay my phone off but choose to hold off. But dang...this red. WOW

Eventually I will. I can pay up and trade but will hold off awhile. I have the money. Just don’t want to part with it. Lol. When I get it paid down more I will do it. I like my gold but I love red. Lol. But I can wait awhile. That red is just stinning

I switched from Samsung to Apple over a yr ago. I have always had white bezel devices. All my Notes were white except the Note 7 and that darn debacle made me very frustrated. I had had enough of the crap and switched. Still having white bezels even on Apple but that black with the new product Red on the 8+ has my attention. It’s really beautiful and the key difference I believe is the glass back . It’s richer looking .

The thing that would stop me from getting the Red is a clear case is a must, and have yet to see one that doesn't smudge/scratch etc.

Well dang. I bit the bullet today. I was going to hold off a couple of months but I paid my early upgrade amount and this BEAUTY will arrive Tuesday
Happy early birthday to me and being almost 6 months out on my cancer. Finished treatment in Feb.
