    I called Verizon to see if it was something on their end and they reset Network Settings and then they did a test call and it was fine. about 10 minutes later the same thing happened and now every call is going straight to voice mail

    Try resetting your settings? If that doesn't work, try a full backup and then factory reset. Before installing from backup see if the issue is still there.

    Apple support. Try them. They might deem it defective and give u a replacement. This shouldn’t happen
