I picked up an 8+ today from AT&T. While I was setting it up I noticed a very slight light leak on the bottom of the screen. It’s very slight and probably wouldn’t have been noticed by a normal person. Does anyone else have a slight bit of light bleed along the bottom?

Sounds like you might have gotten a one off.
Would take it back and swap it for a new one.

It’s a sign to get and X :P There are no light leaks in OLED screens since there is no back light.

I hope it didn’t leak too much, it can stain what it gets in contact with.

You should post a picture if you are seeking for advice.
BTW if that bothers you, request for a swap while you still are in the remorse period.

Since it was so slight and probably not enough to warrant an exchange I paid the restocking fee and got a space gray one.

But a gray with a light leak is better?

I’ve never seen a light leak on an iPhone. Not that I’ve seen millions of iPhones.... but seems like something QA would have missed. Which is pretty unusual for Apple.
By the way I have the silver and love it. ❤️

The gray one doesn’t have it.
