Got it - 256GB 8+. That was super easy compared to previous years. I'm guessing not a lot of people are grabbing the iPhone 8, probably waiting for the X.

I tried checking out first from Apple direct, as I get 2% off, but it was sold out / not available 8+ in any color / config. Maybe just for me, my area. I tried store pickup, nothing. So I just went to AT&T and got it through the AT&T Next and will just pay if off after getting it.

No matter how I tried on Apple.com it was not available. I would have canceled my AT&T order to just get a Sim Free, but not matter what, not available for pickup or delivery regardless of color or size. Had to go with AT&T for a 256GB Space Gray.

Same. Waited more like 5 minutes and not the one minute they said, but not a big deal. Waiting on a delivery date confirmation now.....

Edit: just got my actual confirmation email, and now says 9-22 lol

Nope. All I got was an email saying they are processing my order.

Yes, that was my initial email. I wouldn't worry you probably in a cue. Call them though it will make you feel better
