When I try to connect to the internet, it just spins and spins. It NEVER connects.

Your post is quite vague. With that being said, how are you attempting to access the internet? Via Wi-Fi or cellular data? Is either enabled on the device? When was the last time the device was connected to the internet? Help us help you.

Is your iPhone 7 jailbroken? Do any of your apps not work?
