Am i blocked?

Hello, recently when i call my friend's number i hear two rings and then voicemail...is this what happens when you are blocked or is my number placed under do not disturb...as i have heard that when a number is listed with the do not disturb feature on...the caller will hear two rings and then go to voicemail....any info on this subject would be greatly appreciated thank you!

Did you ask your friend if their phone is set up to only ring twice? I don't think you're blocked, and if it were DND, you wouldn't hear the two rings.

1. Why would think your calls are being blocked from your "friend"?
2. Can you not go to your "friend's" home and ask if he or she has blocked you?
3. Is he or she responding to your social networking DMs?
4. Can you not go to places where your "friend" frequents to talk to him or her?
