I can’t download apps

Hi everyone,

I have been having a lot of issues with my iPhone 7 lately. I am unable to download apps. I have tried syncing it to my MacBook, restarting it, resetting it, signing out of my Apple ID... yet I still can’t download any apps. I used to be able to download apps without any issues.

I am also unable to download music on my phone. I used to be able to, but now I have to buy a song on my laptop and then transfer it over... very tedious.

AND whenever I take a picture or screenshot a picture and send it to someone, it shows up on their phone as blurry. It doesn’t matter who I have sent it to or what type of phone they have. But everything looks fine on my end.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Re: Technical Difficulties

There are several things you can try.
Sign out and then back into iCloud
Turn off and then turn back on iMessage.
Verify that you do indeed have free space on your device.
If you haven’t already, update to iOS 11.2.6

If you’ve already done all these things and are still having problems you may want to consider backing up and then resetting your phone.

Are you on WiFi? That's neccessary for apps over 150 mg.
Is your payment method in good standing?
