New behavior

Maybe I’ve just never noticed this before, but every time I reboot my 7, running 11.2.2, the battery indicator hangs on 1% for a good 4-5 seconds before jumping to the actual % remaining. Is this normal? I don’t ever remember seeing this before, and it doesn’t occur on my iPad Pro 10.5, also running 11.2.2.

To be truthful, I haven’t noticed because I rarely reboot my phone. If I do, I’ll pay closer attention. Hopefully, someone else share some input with you.

Not on my 7 -- opens at the current percentage. .

Try calibrating the battery % indicator by allowing the battery to discharge until the phone shuts off. Then charge it up to 100% charge.

I had this problem. The latest update and a restart fixed it for me.
