Apps crashing on my iPhone and not on my friend's - iPhone 7 Plus

Something weird is happening. Some apps crash after opening them. However, I asked my friend to install the same app on his iPhone 7 Plus and it works perfectly. What intrigues me is that it happens the same on my iPad. What is happening ? What should I do ? Thanks

It is my recommendation that you restore both your iPhone and your iPad and then set them as new.

Do you want your iPhone to work as it should? If the answer is yes, then my recommendation stands. Yes, it's an inconvenience, but that inconvenience is only temporary.

If you're all backed up, as soon as you sign into your Apple ID your phone should start downloading all the apps that you had on there prior. It's not as big of a deal as it used to be. The cloud has you covered.
