Hey you guys I got a question, I wanna preorder the I7 tonight, but i don't have none of the carries on the list. will they be having an unlocked one available that i can purchase? Or would I have to buy with verizon? and if I do, do i need a verizon account and would i have to get a plan and etc or i can just buy the phone itself? please help
