Moving a ringtone

I have an iPhone 7 Plus, and i managed to get a ringtone into the "music" folder of the phone. Now i need to get that song into the "ringtone" section of the sound & haptics folder in order for it to become the phone's new ringtone. How do i do this? Is there an app that i can get, which will automatically put a song into that "ringtone" folder? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm using an old Mac(2010) with High Sierra. I can't put anything newer on the Mac.

This is good. The man doing the YouTube version has a strong Indian accent, and i found him hard to understand. Thank you.
