Could a new SIM Card solve WiFI Calling Issue?

I have an iPhone 7 Plus that has a SIM Card in it from way back to the iPhone 5. I've never gotten a new one and just always swapped them. For some reason, I cannot get WiFI Calling to work on my 7Plus and was wondering if it could possibly be related to my SIM Card. If I went and got a new one do you think that could possibly solve the problem? Thanks, I was just curious if anyone had any thoughts.

Yes, swapping SIM card has solved many issues before, but it’s no guarantee.
Go ahead and swap it.
