Is there an app or a quick way to send contacts from one iPhone to another?

Use a vCard. There's apps for that. Search Contacts vCard in the App Store. Make a vCard of all contacts in the same vCard. Email it to yourself or another phone.

I've had that a long time. I use it to create contact groups. I just looked, and it does send a vcf (vCard). That's good to know. The app I've been using is 32 bit. LOL

Yeah but it seems like OP wants to be able to do it in bulk. Large amounts of contacts would quickly become very cumbersome.

Like Rob said, if you have 500 contacts, and want to add them all to another phone, one at a time won't work. You can create a vcf (vCard) that contains all the contacts. It's how I back mine up, other than iCloud.
The vCard contains all the contacts cards complete with profile photo and all the other info. You just choose to add to Contacts.
