How can I sync contacts from my iPhone 7+ to microsoft outlook 2016 on my laptop? When I make a change to a contact (Same w/ Calendars) on my phone, the change is not in my outlook and the change on my iphone contact is gone. I know you sync from outlook to iPhone by choosing to sync everything in outlook to replace my iPhone contacts and Calendar. I want to be able to sync both ways. Any help would be great.

Is push enabled? If fetch, is it set to manual or on set intervals? My work one is set at 15 min fetch so it's not immediate.

It should sync without issue but depending on how things are set, it may not work immediately.

OK cool, use @Just_Me_D suggestion. I don't use Outlook except through my office365 and it works the way I suggested. Must be different!
