Nope, sorry! It's to provide feedback to let you know your phone acknowledged your action.
And to give the user a feeling the button is actually physically doing something.

It took me a while to get used to it. I keep switching between setting 1 and 2

Open Settings on your iPhone 7 and tap Sounds & Haptics. them slide the system Haptics button at the bottom of the interface to the OFF position if you wish to disable haptic,
