one of the reviewer in youtube said after update there is a problem in video capturing. is it real ?

Yes it is real, however it only applies to the iPhone 7. It was there since the iPhone 7 was first released and it causes very bad transitions between low light shots, to bright shots. This can cause many problems with video capturing. Hope this helps!
