First page stays default and on second one I prefer to keep my most used apps at the bottom due to the size of plus rest I'd say is messy or organized, works for me tho.

Thanks. Yep, that fixed it. However, it won't let me use perspective view. If I choose perspective, it forces me to zoom in a bit.

You may be in zoomed view. Go to Settings > Display and Brightness > View > switch to Standard view. Are you on the 7 Plus?

iPhone 7 plus, standard view.

When I go To set the wallpaper it starts zoomed in, so I pinch it out to make it smaller before I set. Is that incorrect?
