Hello,

I have one issue, sometimes my mobile data won't work, let's say I am on 4G, 3G whatever, and internet just doesn't work. When I turn airplane mode on/off still doesn't work.

Only when I restart my phone internet works again.

Is this software issue? anyone has that? Or is it the phone itself?

Maybe, but more than like you may need to go to Settings → General → Reset, and then select "Reset Network Settings".

It happens to me occasionally. Turning on airplane mode for half a minute sometimes helps. Note that turning airplane mode off and on immediately won't work.
