Clicking/creaking. Wife's initial 7 plus was real bad. Got it swapped and the new one is much better. Just does it slightly but it's bearable. My Plus did it pretty bad too but I went back to the 7 anyways so it didn't matter. The creaking seems to be an issue on the Plus only.

Makes a clicking sound. Like the screen isn't sealed well to the aluminum or something. Mine did it in top right and bottom left corners. My wife's first phone was all over.

In Hong Kong the stores have a policy that once the box is opened, there is no replacement. Any problem should be taken to Apple.

Even the Apple store has the same policy. There are no returns on iPhone 7 and 7 Plus this year from Apple in Hong Kong.

However, since you are lucky you can check for these:

1) Check if the Jet Black polish is good and no scratches
2) yellow tint on the screen
3) check the camera
4) phone call quality
5) speaker test

?? What if you open the box in store and there is a problem ?? Is that still the policy?? Do they allow you to set up and test your phone "in store?" No Returns from Store / Apple? So if you get a bad phone you're SOL? That sounds beyond odd. You open the box and it's a fried phone, you own a paper weight and buy another one?
