Music controls on the Command Center sometimes disappear

As you can see from the pictures above,the music controls in the Command Center disappears sometimes. I have to press power to shut down,wait a bit for it to fully turn off,then turn it on again and the music controls come back. I am using Google Play Music,if that makes a difference. Is anyone else having this problem?

Also on the topic of command center,is there any way to customize it to have music on the same page,like it was before?

I haven't seen that happen yet to my downloaded music. I don't stream music so cannot comment on that.
