Glass tempered from Verizon. It is a nice one and very slick. No issues on it. I need to protect my devices. Apple watch has one as well

Never been a fan of screen protector until I got the iPhone 7 Plus. The smaller screens seemed less vulnerable than this gigantic (in comparison to the 5S I had before this) screen.

The second I got my 7Plus delivered I went by the AppleStore to have a Belkin tempered glass placed. While at it, I also bought an Apple Silicone case. Which I also was not a fan of with my other phones.

My advice to you is to get a quality screen protector and not one of those $1. thingies. I realized my dislike for screen protectors came from cheap ones.

Age old answer: Is your phone worth less than the screen protector you would buy and install? If the answer is no; don't do it. If the answer is yes, by all means protect your investment.

5 months later and it's still working great!

No matter the size, except when I had a dumb phone, a screen protector has always been on my devices. I also have one on my Apple Watch. I do have insurance on my phone but even at the deductible will always have a screen protector and case.

I prefer not to use them, but I wear diamond earrings and they've scratched my previous phones so I use one now. I like the tempered glass ones.

Mine is tempered glass on the phone. The one on my watch is the armorsuit and I did a great job installing it myself. Glad I have my watch protected. Lifetime guarantee on it and it covers it completely. Can't even tell it is on it.

Get tempered glass. Smooth as original, no sensitivity loss, and keeps the screen from scratches.

Never ran screen protectors. Never liked em. Would be nice if the iPhone 7 screen was sapphire like my  Watch

I've had my 6s Plus now a year and a half with no screen protector at all. No issues whatsoever. It's protected from drops with an Otterbox Commuter.

This is my second screen protector on my 7 Plus. Didn't use one before on any of my phones. Since this is my first big screen, I chose to go with a screen protector. Gives me peace of mind.

I can't enjoy a phone without a screen protector. I've developed a need for that peace of mind a screen protector provides. It gets scratched? Rip it off and get another while my screen stays pristine.

Something nice about this discussion is, people like me really see that breaking the screen of a phone is a matter of the owner more than the design of the phone, sometimes a little of bad luck, since the screen protector are available I use one because I broke the screen of all my older phones

I bought a phone to my brother like two years ago and I didn't brought him the screen protector, the same week I gave it to him he broke the screen, I think not paying attention runs in my DNA.

I've used screen protectors since my Blackberry Curve 8330 days and then stop using them after my Gold iPhone 5s (I actually had Zagg glass on front and a plastic Zagg Invisible Shield on back) for a year while using my 6s Plus. I recently purchased a Zagg Glass+ Privacy Screen for my 7 Plus and realized how much I missed the peace of mind by having a screen protector on.

You guys are going to laugh. But I get the tempered glass screen protectors from the Dollar ($) Store. They work great. Even a couple of the employees at T-Mobile are using them now. And at $1.00 each, I grabbed a few of them. But I've never had to replace or swap them out. Do some research on them. There are only a few companies that make them. Then they are rebadged and marketed. There is no need to pay the outlandish prices that some of them are sold at. It's marketing hype.

If the iPhone screen was flat I would use a tempered glass one. But I can't deal with the raised edges.
