Devices get different firmware . Example in Saudi Arabia, facetime is forbidden. So their iphone numbers get different firmware, our iphone's get different firmware.

A1457 devices send to Turkey. They have no Apple pay, so their firmware's different from ours. I mean this numbers mean what country the iphones are sending.

The numbers are based on the cellular radio for the specific model. A1661 is the CDMA 7 Plus.
